Reflecting On 1 Year Of Digital Nomad Living [Introvert - HSP - HSS - Empath]

12:23
Personal Website: http://eric.camp Wow.. Do you know the feeling when you are getting near the end of the puzzle and the picture is finally coming into focus? I'm starting to see why I moved abroad in the first place, why I isolate myself, why I keep making myself uncomfortable and so much more. In the past year I've done things that just don't make any sense to other people and especially didn't make sense to myself. Now that this year has come to an end and I've reflected, the motivations for my past have become more clear. And it has a lot to do with being a Highly Sensitive Person, (HSP) High Sensation Seeking (HSS) and an Empath. Have a great day! -Eric "The world is your playground"

How I Decide Which City To Live In Next (It's A Lot Easier Than You Think)

04:24
Personal Website: http://eric.camp Choosing the next city to spend many months of your live in is a big decision. It feels like you are one wrong decision away from not living as happy a life as you could have (at least this is what our mind will tell us). In my experiencing all of these big 'choices' never felt like choices. When the time comes to make a decision the next move is blatantly obvious. Choosing where to live next is no different. Every other activity I do logically feels like mental masterbation. i.e. creating a pro's & con's list, thinking really hard about it. I know everyone makes decisions differently but for me they've never felt like decisions and in this video I explain why. Have a great day! -Eric "The world is your playground"

Self-Discipline Is A Trap And A Sign You're Not On The Right Path

07:33
Personal Website: http://eric.camp How do you feel about the title to this video? Does it make you uncomfortable or angry? I'm curious. Being very self-disciplined has been a huge part of my identity for a long time. I always saw myself as someone that's great at pushing myself to do things that I don't want to do. Now I realize I need to unlearn this skill that I used to be so proud of. And shedding that part of my identity has been tough. Our emotions and body are our greatest guides. They know what our soul wants far greater than any outside influence (parents, famous people, role models, etc..) Only you know what you want. When something feels light, easy and fun that's your bodies way of saying you're on the right path, keep going! But when something feels heavy, serious and un-inspiring that's our bodies way of telling us stop. You're going down the wrong path! (even if you think you have to for whatever reason). And it's when we're going down the wrong path that we tend to use self-discipline to ignore our emotions & body and keep going down the wrong path. Have a great day! -Eric "The world is your playground"

Perfectionism Zaps The Fun Out Of Everything! Here's How To Destroy It

07:54
Personal Website: http://eric.camp Perfectionism is such a buzz-kill. In the beginning new projects are fun and exciting. It feels good to experiment and be creative. But then perfectionism and anxiety set in and our mood shifts. Being a Perfectionist (which leads to procrastination) is not a fun way to create new content. I always feel it when I'm about 80% of the way finished with a project and I feel like it needs to be 100% before I can release it to an audience. We usually notice perfectionism affecting us at work but it can seep into all areas of life. In this video I talk about what's helping me overcome perfectionism. Have a great day! -Eric "The world is your playground"

"Hustle! Work Hard! It's Not Supposed To Be Fun!" | Why This Obsession With 'Hard' Work?

06:34
Personal Website: http://eric.camp We each think of something different when we hear the words 'Hard Work'. I'm talking about the common mentality you hear that you need to suffer and have a lot of self-discipline doing things you don't want to do in order to 'be successful'. Growing up in the U.S. I saw this mentality all over the place. Showing other people how much you did work that you didn't want to do has become a bragging right. Call me an idealist but I truly believe if you are working towards the success that you honestly want that the journey will feel light and fun! Even when you're doing what looks like 'hard work' to other people, for you it doesn't feel like work because you're so excited about where you're headed. Enjoy the journey baby! Otherwise what's the point? Have a great day! -Eric "The world is your playground"

I'm a 22 year old digital nomad that grew up near San Francisco. I've been an internet entrepreneur since the age of 13. I started off by selling a money making guide for Runescape, a video game I used to play. I have never worked in a corporate job and sustain myself teaching online courses and my digital nomad lifestyle started immediately after graduating university. How To Change Any Self Limiting Belief In 30 Minutes (Free Action Based Training)

**Link to Download PDF Workbook (no email required)** http://bit.ly/2QScLf0 **Link to The 6 Most Powerful Limiting Belief Changing Techniques** http://bit.ly/2IZsGFF Watch Eric (that's me) Remove One of His Limiting Beliefs Live! "I must work hard to survive" "The world is what you think it is" You don't have to be a 'woo-woo' person to see how your thoughts change your reality. You can believe thoughts manifest things (think law of attraction) or you can believe thoughts influence your behavior... 🤔 Either way what we think is important. So important that your limiting beliefs (thoughts you hold in your subconscious) are the glass ceiling you keep bumping up against. Otherwise you would already have the relationship, the job, the wealth, the life you want. 😍 Changing these deep rooted thoughts is the bridge to making your desires come true. 🌁 This isn't just about success. You may have limiting thoughts saying "I'm unlovable" or "Life is cruel" or "I must work hard to survive" Because you hold these thoughts in your subconscious you create those experiences in your life... 😯 ...you may create situations that prove the hypothesis true that life is indeed cruel or whatever the thought may be. The exciting thing is these deep-rooted beliefs can be uncovered and changed! 🤯 This is the work Byron Katie has been doing for years.. the stuff Tony Robbins keeps talking about... the heart of most successful coaching practices. It's all about changing beliefs. I've been incredibly lucky to meet a spiritual coach here in Prague named David Papa. He's been doing this work for years and I can see it in his enthusiasm, his joy, and his positive energy. We've combined my experience teaching online courses with his coaching experience to create a value-rich free training on how to identify and change a self limiting belief in your life. 🕺 We include an interactive PDF workbook, and walk through the process of changing one of my own beliefs ("I must work hard to survive") live. 😸 Click on the link below to watch the free training and see our favorite movie clip (that I'm 87% sure you've seen) that illustrates how powerful changing a belief can be. 😉 **Link to The 6 Most Powerful Limiting Belief Changing Techniques** http://bit.ly/2IZsGFF Have a great day, Eric Campbell & David Papa

The Past Is History, Tomorrows A Mystery, But Today Is A Gift. That Is Why They Call It The Present

05:03
Personal Website: http://eric.camp Nobody can say what the future will be (even if they can make a prediction). For this reason the future doesn't exist. But what also doesn't exist is the past. Even though we tend to think the past is something real that happened and exists. The only way the past is actually real is in your present memory of what happened. And here's where it gets trippy... Every time you pull up a memory in your mind it changes. That means the more you pull up a memory the farther away you've gotten from the actual moment (no matter how great of a memory you believe you have). This is the kind of stuff that twists my brain up in a good way. BTW you might have recognized the title of this video. It's probably from some deep, profound person but I know it from Kung Fu Panda. Have a great day! -Eric "The world is your playground"
