7 steps to create a new product

02:50
Hi, my name is Jonathan Globerson. I'm a professional industrial designer. I'm also the CEO of GloberDesign, a product development company located in North Miami Beach in Florida. I want to tell you about the simple steps that you need to take in order to launch a new product into the market. The first thing to do is research. Do your research really good: locate your market; look who is your competition; how much are they selling their product for; what are their features; do they have any patents on it. Then you'll also do an additional patent search. That can either be done by yourself, or by a hired professional attorney or any other firm that can help you do that. Next, simply take a pen and paper and start sketching. Even if you're not the best sketcher in the world, it's fine; all you need to do is put your idea onto paper. Next, you need to create a 3D computer model. The way to do that is either hire a 3d computer artist or a 3D CAD draftsman and have them convert your beautiful sketch into a real 3D model. What they do with that? You can do with that various things. The first thing you can do with that is you can create a prototype. A prototype is the first sample of the actual product that you're having in mind. We can do it with various ways. Today we have 3D printers - they actually read a 3D computer model and they convert that into plastic parts that could be used and shown physically. The other thing that you can do with your 3D model is create patent drawings. These patent drawings you can apply for what's called a Provisional Application. That gives you 12 months of patent pending status. That's just enough time for you to start to pitch your investors, talk to buyers, talk to factories, and find out more details on how you can actually make your product come true. With the 3d computer model you also send that out to a factory, have them first sign for you what's called a Non-Disclosure Agreement, meaning anything that... information they receive, they keep it as a secret. With that you'll get real manufacturing pricing and then you can make your own business plan. So, now you know your manufacturing pricing, you can figure out what's going to wholesale for, and what is going to be the retail price. Last, start making some marketing materials. Do a sales sheet, a brochure about your product; maybe even a kickstarter campaign, or maybe just a promotional video, just so you could show people what do you have in mind and try to get more attraction. And those are really the simple steps that you need to take in order to create a new product. For more details just visit our website http://www.globerdesign.com

Just in Time by Toyota: The Smartest Production System in The World

04:09
Whenever you buy a complex piece of equipment such as a TV or a car, do you ever wonder: how exactly did they put this all together? This video analyzes Toyota's Just in Time production system. Well, ever since the industrial revolution, that “how” has been a vital question for many businesses. Today, we’re going to look at how in post-war Japan, Toyota helped to create one of the smartest production systems that we have, named “Just In Time”. We’ll look at how it works and how you can apply the philosophy and practises to many other areas of business too. After World War 2, Japan faced some difficult problems; they didn’t have a lot of cash, resources were scarce, and there wasn’t a lot of free land to expand factories. However, Taiichi Ohno at Toyota managed to turn these problems into advantages by slowly creating the Just In Time system. The idea didn’t all come at once, it’s more that through the 50s and 60s, various changes were implemented and improved until the 70s were the wider world began to realise the benefits and start to adopt a similar approach. So, what is Just In Time? Sell Me This Pen - Best Answer For Your Sales Interview

Optimize Yourself Financially - My Own Playlist: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wR71N8450WI&list=PLXN0XO_WBISnCMZd_qDr1pfSAP50mq0M4 If you want to buy the pen I just sold a few boxes of to Elon Musk, you can get it here: http://amzn.to/2w7o6Nl If you're not happy with it I will definitely come in person to pick it up from you. Just email me at [email protected] Audible 30 day free trail: https://goo.gl/x64Vb9 Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed Sell me this pen article: http://senatorclub.co/best-answer-to-sell-me-this-pen-i-have-ever-seen/ Sell me this pen is actually a very common demand when you go to a sales interview, and it’s not only something you see in movies. If you ever get asked this question, I want you to know exactly what to say. After watching this video, you will be able to not only convince the person asking, but blow them away with what you answer. So in this video, I will break down what to say when someone asks you to sell a pen, so you will be able to create a jaw dropping scene and crush any sales interview. when they ask this question, they will be able to see how good you are selling any product by your response. Your resume will come in second if you can demonstrate the art of selling, because that’s what it is. An art. There are four sales skills the person asking is looking for when you get asked to sell a pen. The following is the right framework so that you can respond perfectly every time. First, they want to see how well you gather information. Second, how well you respond to information. Third, how you deliver information. And last, how you ask for something, or how you close. You find out how they last used the pen, emphasize the importance of the activity they last used the pen for, sell something bigger than the pen, you know, get emotions involved. Then close it by making an offer he simply can’t decline. What if he says he’s not interested in buying your pen? Move on and realize you’re better off spending your time selling the pen to someone else. So just remember that you’re not selling the pen, but you’re demonstrating how well you can sell a product and if you master the framework and the art of selling. If you think this might help just one person in sales, please share the video with them. SWOT analysis in practice - Starbucks -------------------------------- Strategy analysis has two main branches – analysis of a firm’s external environment and analysis of a firm’s internal environment. SWOT is a famous framework that allows us to combine the two types of analysis. SWOT is sometimes referred to as internal-external analysis. The acronym SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. The first two, Strengths and Weaknesses, are related to a firm’s internal environment, while the last two, Opportunities and Threats, consider its external environment. Internal strengths and external opportunities are vertically paired as helpful elements, while internal weaknesses and external threats are paired as harmful elements. if we perform a company analysis, under strengths, we would expect to see its core competences, the areas where the business excels and has a competitive advantage over competitors. Weaknesses are areas that need improvement. Such vulnerabilities place a company at a disadvantage when competing against other firms. Opportunities can be seen as favorable factors existing in a company’s external environment, in the industry where it operates, and have the potential to improve its current results and competitive positioning. Threats arise in a company’s external environment and might harm its current business.

How Joanna from Marketing creates catalogs in no time and ensures eCommerce success with Perfion PIM

02:12
https://www.perfion.com/challenges/functional-challenges-for/marketing-managers.aspx - Here’s Joanna from Marketing. She is really ambitious and loves her job where she juggles 8 different brands on 10 important markets and just as many languages. Joanna is proud how her efficient working processes are adding to the company’s marketing success – In particular, she enjoys the way her team is creating various catalogs in no time and that the eCommerce revenue is growing every month. Joanna’s job has not always been this rewarding. Thinking back, she remembers vividly the time when daily challenges were standing in line. In the past, the product information Joanna needed for her catalogs and the webshop was unstructured and scattered across multiple departments and data sources. Data was not always consistent and Joanna didn’t know which version was the latest update. It was also a challenge to handle the many translations. Joanna spent a lot of time collecting product data and doing other tasks not creating much value. Today, Joanna has direct and easy access to all real-time product information in multiple languages from one single data source: Perfion - The Product Information Management system. Because of the PIM system’s complete integration with ERP and InDesign, Joanna can create updated catalogs, pricelists and other print material in numerous languages at the press of a button. She can also create her print material directly in Perfion’s Print Publishing Module just by selecting the actual products and without using InDesign at all. Perfion automatically feeds the company webshop – plus all other sales and marketing channels – with correct and up-to-date product data, including descriptions, photos, video and files. Consequently, Joanna is now able to deliver the shopping experience that her online customers expect and demand – and online orders are increasing steadily. Best of all: Joanna and her team can use all the time saved to launch brand new marketing projects for which they never had time in the past. Are you too an ambitious Marketing Manager? See for yourself how Perfion can handle YOUR product data. Book your free online demo today on www.perfion.com

Viagra Patch (PARODY - NOT AN ACTUAL PRODUCT!)

01:38
This was a video made in my marketing class at Johns Hopkins University by members of my group back then to show a new product concept of modifying an existing product. I did not personally create this video, and the full project was made with the joint efforts of myself, Ben Stein, Holly Nunes, Matthew Sherry, and a fourth other person who I don't remember off the top of my head but if one of you in the group could remind me I'll credit (which is kinda important since he actually was in charge of this video). DISCLAIMER: This video is made for entertainment purposes only and is not meant to endorse a product or point-of-view. The Viagra brand name and all its rights belong to Pfizer Inc. The movie clips depicted ("Space Cowboys", "The Mummy", and "Full Metal Jacket") belong to all of their respective intellectual property owners. "Rock You Like a Hurricane" belongs to the Scorpions. Top 10 Overpriced Products That Are Really Cheap To Make

14:03
Most of the products we purchase are made at ridiculously low prices, resulting in huge markups and profits for multinational companies. I'll be talking a lot about markups going forward. Mattresses - Within the furniture industry, the mattress sector is far and beyond the most lucrative, with markup prices veering from the expensive to the extreme. Popcorn - Popcorn and movies have always gone hand in hand, but the price of popcorn at movie theaters has undergone massive price hikes over the years as cinemas search out new revenue streams as studios take more percentage points on each new release. Test Messages - Remember the days when text messages were free? Printer Cartridges - Being able to print documents from the privacy of your own home is a convenience we all want, but it also comes with an added expense. Textbooks - It costs about $11 to print a new addition to a standard algebra textbook, though college students often end up paying a retail price of over $200, a markup more than 20 times manufacturing fees. Electronics - Electronics are now essential parts of our everyday lives, from remote control devices to cables, calculators, and more. Shoes & Clothing - The price we pay for clothes can vary dramatically from brand to brand, but one component that remains the same is the mark-up of items purchased. Seasonal Gifts - A cheap card typically costs one or two dollars and premium cards can go for upwards of eight dollars. Drinks - We're all serial drinkers, from breakfast through dinner, from filtered waters, coffees and smoothies, beer, wine and beyond. Apple iPhones - Most of us can't live without our smartphone and Apple leads the market in this realm. Though Apple never releases actual production costs - according to analysis by research firm IHS Markit , the base model of the Phone X with 64 gigabytes of storage costs approximately $370.25 in raw parts.

21 Ways to Make $100 PER DAY Online (ACTUAL METHODS; NOT HYPE)

28:48
You’re going to laugh when I tell you this. As a financial advisor I have made some pretty fat checks but it does not compare to the day that I made my first $100 online. 🤣 I know it sounds weird, but it’s the truth. Getting my first Google Adsense check in the mail, for making money online, just blew me away. It began an amazing journey that I am so grateful for. Today, I want to share 21 ways that I’ve made $100 online. 💰 I want to show you that if you are interested in making money on the side, online, it is possible. These are not the only ways to make money online. I just want to share the things that I have tried. So let’s take a look at these 21 ways you can make 100 dollars online: ➡️ 1. Google Adsense [3:51]- You can set up a free account, put it onto your website and Google does the rest. ➡️ 2. Text links [5:16]- There are companies that will pay to get a link back to their site. ➡️ 3. Sponsored Post [6:39]- Similar to a text link, but you are telling your readers and Google that ‘this is a sponsored post.’ ➡️ 4. Affiliate Marketing [8:06]- Become an affiliate for a company or product that you believe in and share your affiliate link in blog posts. ➡️ 5. Display ads [9:06]- Similar to Google Ads, but your reader does not have to click, they just have to see the ad (more traffic = more money) ➡️ 6. Freelance writing [9:56]- You can get paid for each article that you write. ➡️ 7.Getting new clients [11:17]- I use my website and my blog as a marketing tool to get new clients. ➡️ 8. Coaching [12:11]- After you have established your business and learned the ins and outs on how to grow that business, you can coach others to do the same. ➡️ 9. Selling leads [13:37]- I started a new site to get leads for people that were interested in Life Insurance, I found that there were companies that were willing to pay for these leads. ➡️ 10. Digital Products [14:39]- You can create a digital product, like an email course, PDF or video series and sell that online and make money passively. ➡️ 11. Online course [16:01]- You can create a nice robust course (bring the value) to teach your readers a skill, again once set up this is mostly passive income. ➡️ 12. Investment gains [16:48]- You can set up an online account and start investing. ➡️ 13. Peer-to-Peer lending [18:04]- You can use online platforms, like lending club, for crowdfunding. ➡️ 14. Crowd-funding real estate investing [18:34]- Fundrise is a great way to invest in real estate and make money. ➡️ 15. Sponsored social shares [19:38]- Similar to sponsored posts, you can have sponsors pay you to promote their product on your social media channel. ➡️ 16. Sell stuff online [21:13]- You can sell your things through online apps like Facebook, craigslist, etc. You get to make a little money from things you don’t use. ➡️ 17. Physical Products [22:02]- You can create a subscription box service and have monthly subscribers, for an ongoing business model. ➡️ 18. YouTube ads [23:50]- All you have to do is turn on your monetization and the more people you have watching, the more you get paid. ➡️ 19. Niche site [24:58]- If you create a website that for a specific niche you can sell training materials for that specific market. ➡️ 20. Brand partnerships [25:50] - Similar to sponsored posts, brands will come to you if you have a decent audience size. They will buy a package to promote their product through your social channels. ➡️ 21. Publish a book [26:56] - Write a book, then promote it through your social platforms. Those are the 21 ways that I have been able to make money online. I’m sure you already know there are other ways to do it. We didn’t talk about drop shipping, retail arbitrage, membership groups, or Facebook ads. There are so many ways out there. Chances are one of these ways I’ve shared, you can implement yourself and start making some extra side income. Once you figure out a way to do that, your wealth building journey will begin. Do it in a way that is fun, invigorating, and brings you life, and of course a way that adds to that checking account. 😀 #make100dollars #makemoneyonline #passiveincome ▶ Check out my gear on Kit: https://kit.com/jeffrosecfp ★☆★ Want More Good Financial Cents? ★☆★ 💻 Check out my blog here: https://www.goodfinancialcents.com/ Listen to my podcast here: 🎙 https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/good-financial-cents-podcast-investing-building-wealth/id775107294?mt=2 Pick up my best selling book, Soldier of Finance, here: 📗 http://amzn.to/2xOH78V Connect with me on Twitter: https://twitter.com/jjeffrose My most favorite inspiration T-shirt line, Compete Every Day: 👕 https://www.goodfinancialcents.com/compete

There Is An Actual 'Joe' Behind Grocery Chain Trader Joe's

00:45
It turns out there is a real "Joe" behind the name of grocery store chain Trader Joe's. In a new podcast interview, Trader Joe's Marketing Director Tara Miller and Vice President of Marketing Product Matt Sloan explained the story behind the first store. According to Business Insider, Joe Coulombe opened the first Trader Joe's in Pasadena, California in 1967. That first store is still there in the same spot and is apart of over 400 locations nationwide. In 1979, Coulombe then sold Trader Joe's to Theo Albrecht and his company, Aldi Nord, which still operates Trader Joe's in the U.S. https://www.businessinsider.com/trader-joes-name-meaning-founded-by-joe-coulombe-2018-9 http://www.wochit.com This video was produced by YT Wochit News using http://wochit.com

The Power of Asking Why in Search Marketing

08:17
Today we’re going to be discussing the power of asking “why” in search marketing. We find that positioning and knowing why someone chooses your product and service is, at the end of the day, the most important thing about marketing. Not thinking about that, not discussing that, and not figuring out the “why” before doing the SEO, PPC, content, CRO, or paid social, leads to campaigns that never perform at their full potential. If you’re in-house and you’re working on your own campaigns, hopefully, this will allow you to understand your “why” and let you develop why someone chooses you over all the other options. Let’s dive in. Now, we break our “why” document into five sections. These sections vary from company overview, historical marketing, sales campaigns, your branding to your competition. Let’s dive into each of these individually and see the type of questions you should be asking of yourself and introspectively thinking about before you launch your next campaign. Company Overview Now the first section we have in our “why” document is more of a company overview. These questions are used to understand why someone hired us in the first place, and if you’re in-house, this will be why your executive or your management team choose this initiative in the first place. So for example, I’m an in-house marketing manager, and the CEO or CMO comes to me and says, “Look, Garrett, we want you to launch an SEO campaign this month,'” it’s really important for me to be successful in not only my reporting but also my alignment with the management team to ask why Why do we want to launch this SEO campaign? What type of challenges are you expecting that we’re going to have? What types of goals or outcomes are you hoping to accomplish? By allowing myself to get on the same page with my internal team or with my agency, it immediately allows myself and the other party to clearly define what success and failure look like. From that foundational starting point, we can grow. Branding Now the next section that we talk about is branding. For a lot of the SEO agencies out there or PPC firms, branding might not be one of your top priorities, but for us, knowing why a client has a brand a certain way and how they want to be perceived in the market is valuable information for our self, but also a valuable exercise for our client and the other team members to go through themselves so they know why they want to be perceived a certain way. Some of the questions we might ask are: Is there a certain adjective that explains your brand? Is there a visual style that you want to adhere to? When someone is searching for your brand, fo you have a clear idea already yourself as to how you want to be perceived? Do you have a clear understanding of how you want to differentiate yourself? If you’re sending users, visitors, clicks, traffic, to a page, but there’s no clear reason as to why when that person gets there, they’re going to get an emotional feeling from what branding and information you’re giving them, then, we don’t have a clear way to understand what our ad copy should look like, what our on-page SEO should look like and what our call to action should look like. It’s very important that you have a cohesive page that takes somebody from landing on that page to actually wanting to work with you — which is the entire point. Branding plays a massive part in this, from differentiation to increasing the willingness to convert — and big picture — increasing the willingness to pay or actually become a customer. Target Audience The next section, that’s so important to understand, is your target audience. Being anything to everyone and everything to anyone hurts your opportunity to convert, maximize ad spend efficiently, and also focus organic efforts. It’s important that our accounts, team members, and yourself if you’re in-house, understand who exactly is your target audience. You need to know why is someone looking for what you offer in the first place and who that person is. We start by asking these questions: Why is someone looking for an SEO agency? What’s their actual need? What is our target audience’s pain points? Why are they experiencing this pain? When we start asking “why,” it starts allowing us to know why we’re doing something. Now, we can understand which keyword to go after when we have three options. Hopefully, this video has been powerful for you. Please download our guide and start asking the questions that are difficult to answer of why you’re doing what you’re doing, and I know you’ll see greater success. Thanks and have a great day. Marketing vs Actual Sexism

04:32
Companies do not see gender they see dollar signs, and if that is the case, there is a reason why certain genders are pandered to when it comes to certain products. Dollars speak far louder than the voices of angry women inventing problems on the internet. There was not sexism in gaming until feminists invented it. Marketing Sense vs. Common Sense. Part 2 (Episode 3 : S1)

02:09
Marketing is not a common sense. Marketing is not sales, advertising, PR or social media etc..Use your "Marketing Sense" to do marketing (Part 2) Watch Part 1 here: https://youtu.be/RyV7FlMuXjo Script: Kimberly: So, if common sense is not the way to do marketing, what's the right way? Eric: "Marketing Sense" is the right way to do marketing! Marketing Sense is acquired through marketing education and experience. Eric: Remember! Marketing is a discipline and its principles are learned. Kimberly: Wow! That's a great kind of sense. How can I get it? Eric: After having marketing education and experience, marketer's marketing sense know what to do instinctively, without actual evidence for it. Kimberly: Aha! How will we know that one is using his marketing sense, not common sense? Eric: To explain marketing sense versus common sense, let me ask a few questions. Kimberly: Sure! Go ahead! Eric: Would you like to use your "famous" brand name to launch a new brand to capture market share quickly? In marketing, it is called "line extension." Kimberly: Of course! Who's on earth doesn't want to use the famous brand name? I'll do line extension to save on cost, increase sales and shelf space. To read the complete script: Visit this link: Did I miss something? Learn the Best Marketing Strategies and Marketing Techniques for Free

Learn the Best Marketing Strategies and Marketing Techniques for Free Subscribe here to learn more of my secret SEO tips: https://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=neilvkpatel Find me on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/neilkpatel/ Read more on my blog: https://neilpatel.com/blog/ Do you know who Chandler Bolt is? 99.9% of the world has probably has never heard of this man. So, why was he featured in Business Insider? That’s part of the beauty of a strategic marketing plan. This 21 year old kid has made hundreds of thousands of dollars, from his kitchen table. Even though you have no clue who Chandler Bolt is, he understands that marketing is one of the most powerful millionaire skills that you can possess. In truth, marketing your business isn't a difficult skill to learn and the key marketing principles very rarely change. However marketing your business online is constantly moving at the speed of light. To keep up, you need a strong foundation with the judgment to think critically, act independently, and be relentlessly creative. That’s why I shot this video — to empower you with the mental building blocks to stay ahead in an aggressive industry. Learn Marketing Skills Online for Free There are plenty of guides to marketing. From textbooks to online video tutorials that cover a range of topics such as how to market yourself with no money, how to drive traffic to your online store and how to quickly rank in Google. But, I feel that there’s something missing — a guide about online marketing for beginners to equip already-intelligent professionals with a way to develop a marketing plan for any business. Learn the Best Marketing Strategies and Marketing Techniques for Free closes that gap. I shot this video guide for an audience of first-time marketers, experienced entrepreneurs and small business owners, entry to mid-level candidates, and marketing managers in need of the best marketing techniques and the biggest marketing strategies of 2017. Most of all, I want you to walk away from this video feeling confident about your marketing plan. Step 1 0:24 - How to Learn SEO, Marketing Strategies and Marketing Techniques for Free The first thing you need to do is go to Google and type in marketing related terms. Tons of marketing blogs like NeilPatel.com, BackLinko, Moz and Search Engine Land rank high. (The ones that rank high tend to be the best) You will learn from reading them that mediocre marketers think in terms of campaigns. Great marketers think in terms of growth frameworks. Learn how to position your marketing strategy into a sustainable, ROI-positive revenue engine for your brand. But as you know reading isn't enough. So implement what you are learning. Step 2 1:04 - Marketing Yourself With No Budget Is The Best Way to Learn Marketing For Free Don't implement these marketing changes on your own site, set up a WordPress.com blog and test it out on there. Once you figure out what works, implement those changes on your actual website. You can also use the Neil Patel SEO Analyzer. Type in your URL and it will show you what you are doing wrong. You can then take that data and make changes to your site. As you fix the errors that the tool shows you, your search traffic will go up. So that's how you learn marketing. You read blogs, implement what you learn, and use tools like the SEO Analyzer. I hope you enjoyed Learn the Best Marketing Strategies and Marketing Techniques for Free and don’t forget to subscribe!

3 Awesome Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)

What are the best MPVs of all time? I've absolutely no idea... but Buffer, Dropbox and Zappos are three of my favourites. Before diving in. let's establish some ground rules for a "proper" MVP It's got to be Minimal It's got to be Viable And it's got to be a Prod... Actually No, it does not need to be a Product. (I'll be showing you a great example of a "non-product" in a minute or two.) Some have argued that the word "Product" in MVP is unhelpful. Steven Cohn has made a strong case for the word "Experiment". I agree. But for now let's stick with the "P" and temporarily re-define it to.... Pre-meditated. Meaning that the MVP must be a deliberate attempt to learn about the market. This rules out cases that look like MVPs in retrospect, but were really full products that - to everyone's surprise - developed into something big. Let's get going. No. 3 - Buffer ------ Buffer is a application that makes it easy to share content on social media. Here's what they put on the their site. A test, certainly. But it falls short of an MVP in my opinion. Their next test was better. They slotted this page in-between the other two pages. Now visitors to the website are not just saying "This is interesting" They're saying "I want to BUY this". Okay, there's nowhere to input your credit card details. But anyone who got this far was at least prepared to think about parting with their money. As co-founder Joel Gascoigne said: "After this result, I didn’t hesitate to start building the first minimal version of the real, functioning product." Minimal - certainly Viable - yes Pre-mediated - check Buffer's current valuation is something close to $400 million No. 2 - Dropbox ---- Dropbox, as I'm sure you know, is a file synchronisation service. Edit a file on your desktop... ... and seconds later its updated on all of your other devices. Rewind to the early days. The team - entirely composed of techies - had the basic synchronisation working. That was the easy bit. The hard bit was going to be to achieve the same trick on pretty well every platform: Mac, Windows, iPhone, etc. Given that the team was all techies, you'd have put money on them diving straight in. But CEO Drew Houston did something surprising. He made a video. The video - just three minutes long - demonstrated the synch process end to end. But it was more than just a demo: it was full of techie in-jokes... designed to appeal to early adopters. It worked like a charm In Drew's words: “It drove hundreds of thousands of people to the website. Our beta waiting list went from 5,000 people to 75,000 people literally overnight. It totally blew us away.” Minimal - Yes Viable - Not a product that could be used, but a product that could be demonstrated. Pre-Meditated - Yes Dropbox went on to do quite well. It's current value stands between $5 and $10 BILLION. No. 1 - Zappos ---- It's 1999. Co-founder Nick Swinmurn wanted to build an online store for shoes. But would people use it Here's how he went about finding out. He popped down to lis local shoe shops he went into the shops and... ... I sh!t you not... he PHOTOGRAPHED PAIRS OF SHOES! The photos were uploaded to a super-simple website. If someone clicked on the button to buy a pair Nick would pop down to the store and... BUY THE SHOES! Zero infrastructure. Zero inventory. Minimal - definitely Viable - This time it's not even up for discussion. Most definitely: real customers; real money changing hands; real shoes! Pre-meditated Check. Zappos went on to do quite well: it was acquired by Amazon in 2009 for a cool $1.2 billion. Your thoughts, please! ---- Buffer, Dropbox and Zappos. Three of my favourite MVPs. What do you think of my choices Any you disagree with Let me know in the comments. And I'd also like to he https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xPJoq_QVsY4 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cjCCS3DxZRo
