Women - do you find yourselves craving sugar, sweets and that you're easily getting upset even over little things? Men - Do you find yourselves fatigue, feeling "blah" and with a sense of boredom or flatness? +John Gray, author of Men are from Mars, women are from Venus says that you're probably stressed out. a lot. The good news - One supplement, PGX, a tri-fiber that absorbs carbohydrates and regulates blood sugar levels, helps the brain more readily manufacture needed chemicals. But he gets even more specific, since men and women's brains are different, we react differently to stress and we need different natural cures to help with our chemical differences. ----------------------------- Alternatives to Medication Scientific proof for natural remedies. ----------------------------- When major disease hit (like cancer, Parkinson's, ADHD, etc) it is more comfortable to relay on Western Medicine to take care of us. John Gray was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and used natural remedies to heal himself, and proved that by using food, supplements and exercise we can achieve the right chemical balance, get off anti depressant and cure ADHD in boys. But in our everyday lives, stress is the number 1 proxy killer (according to the Institute of HeartMath) not only of our health, but also of our relationships. We need more than new communication skills and an understanding of our differences to have healthy relationships these days. We also need the nutritional support necessary for positive moods, sustained energy and most importantly, focus. Without focus, communication breaks down in all relationships and frustration increases. Without focus in romantic relationships, passion is lost and there is an increase in breakups and divorces. Without focus at work, people are increasingly dissatisfied and bored, often feeling unappreciated, distracted, exhausted or overwhelmed. ----------------------------- COME HANGOUT WITH JOHN GRAY Join the Inner Circle and take a seat in the Film Strip. ----------------------------- Go on OFFICIAL SITE to join us, and you'll be emailed a link to join the hangout so you can ask John Gray any question you might have - unscripted, authentic and totally you. Studies show that women and men deal with stress very differently. Women generally manage stress better than men do. Females are more likely to cope with stress by "tending and befriending" -- nurturing those around them and reaching out to others. Males, on the other hand, lean toward the fight or flight response when reacting to stress -- either bottling it up and escaping, or fighting back. Another intriguing statistic is that in stressful situations, the hormone oxytocin is released in women in larger amounts than in men. Oxytocin is related to the female reproductive hormones, and it promotes nurturing and relaxing emotions. In short, male stress is often built around -- and handled through -- performance, while female stress -- and coping mechanisms -- is related more to relationships. Please join Rabbi Jacobson as he delves into this compelling discussion. By understanding the underlying forces that shape the different ways men and women are wired, we discover the reasons why they react so differently to stress and other challenges, and above all - what men can learn from women in living a more harmonious and nurturing life. The Stressed Man The stressed man wants to withdraw and just relax, mindlessly forgetting about the stress of his day. This is a necessary action for him to rebuild the testosterone used up during the stress of the day. Think symbolically of the cave man. A man must withdraw to his “cave” after hunting. He also is driven to immediately solve the problem or task at hand. A man will become stressed when asked by his partner to: Be more domestic Listen intently Not problem solve Do domestic duties without being asked to do a specific task or project These activities reduce testosterone in a man. If his testosterone level stays low he will soon lose his passion for his partner and the romance will be gone. Why? Testosterone levels cannot recover from stress without his “cave” time and with testosterone building types of activities. The Stressed Woman The stressed woman wants to talk about her stress, as that increases her oxytocin and serotonin. As she talks to an intent listener, her levels of serotonin and oxytocin rise, and she begins to feel more relaxed. As women have more language centers in both hemispheres of the brain, she more easily articulates, communicates, and expresses her emotions and feelings. It is necessary for a woman to feel heard, or all the talking in the world will not lower her stress level. Women Shorten Men's Lives - MGTOW Gender and life expectancy http://www.dw.com/en/gender-and-life-expectancy/av-38540918 Gay married men live longer https://www.health24.com/Lifestyle/Man/News/Gay-married-men-live-longer-20130312 MGTOW Mystery Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EeeKQa6cynE Hi Everyone Sandman Here, This video is brought to you by a donation from Mark and here's what he briefly has to say: "Hey Sandman, I ran into an interesting video called Gender and Life Expectancy. There's a scientist that goes to a monastery and finds out that women live to the same age in a monastery as nuns as they do in the outside world. But when he looked at the longevity of monks they lived five years longer than all of the men in the outside world. We hear that men live shorter lives because of our genes. But here we have a large group of men that have been living away from women and their lives were five years longer. The person speaking in the video discusses a number of possible reasons for this discrepancy. They even mention the stress of living in the regular world as a reason. But if stress played such a huge role in longevity than wouldn't it make sense that the female nuns would live five years longer than the general population of women as well. They won't say what the real reason for men living five years longer in a monastery. My suspicion is that it's stressed caused by women. Ironically stress caused by women aimed at other women doesn't appear to effect their lifespan but stress from women against men does. What do you think Sandman?" Well Mark thanks for the donation and one of the more interesting topics I've heard in quite sometime. Jordan Peterson says that men live shorter lives because our testosterone makes us do dangerous things. But I agree with you after watching the video you sent me Mark that they won't mention the fact that stress from women, directed at men plays a huge role in the longevity of men. That's to be expected because women can't take responsibility and agency for anything it seems. So why would they take responsibility for nagging men into an early paupers grave. It kind of makes me want to break into the monastery. Another thing that wasn't mentioned was the issue of fapping. I'm sure there will be a ton of guys in the comments section mentioning how men's essential seed is keeping them living longer. It might make a sperm sized difference but I don't think it can account for a five year difference in longevity. My thinking is that stress from the opposite sex is the main culprit too. I remember watching a video a couple of years ago with Vladimir Zhirinovsky about how all the women in his family and friends outlived the men and put them into early graves because they would keep nagging them for coats and shoes. I'm sure that someone will post that video down below in the comments section. I'm sure more than one of you will. Everyone laughs at that video because what he's saying is true. But it looks like we now have proof that what he's saying isn't just funny but it's scary. What I'd like to know is why men in the monastery live one year shorter than the women? My thinking is they lost a year before they entered the monastery from all the women they dated in high school and possibly their early twenties. I think that it would reasonable to assume that for each decade of your life that you're dating or in relationships as a man you lose one year give or take a few months for every decade of your life that you're involved with women. 10 images licensed and paid for through BigStock.com. For years, stress research was based on the theory that our natural stress response is to flight or fight. When we experience a stressor, we either run away from it -- flight -- or we face the stress and fight it off. This knowledge is based on years and years of research conducted on men. It was generally believed that when people experience stress, a hormonal cascade occurs that revs up the body to either stand and fight or to run as fast as possible.

Order my book today! ARE U OK? http://geni.us/sva4iUY Today I talk about the 7 differences between men and women when it comes to depression. Obviously, everyone will feel different, and nothing is cut and dried but these are just some of the statistical differences that we see between the sexes. I think it's important to note because women are found to be 2x more likely than men to struggle with depression. So the more we know, hopefully the sooner we can reach out for help. 1. Women tend to feel more sad and worthless. Whereas men tend to feel more irritable and agitated. 2. Women tend to take the negative icky feelings out on themselves. While men, are more likely to lash out at others. 3. Women tend to cope with food and friends. While men tend to cope with TV, sex and alcohol. This really just shows us how both sexes can unhealthfully numb out from their depression when it gets to be too much. 4. Women also tend to get depressed over stressful life events. Men are able to better see that it's just a situation and it will go away and be okay. Women on the other hand, will ruminate at night and really worry or stress about the situation. 5. Women are much more likely to also struggle with a coexisting eating disorder. Why would that be? Because we tend to cope by using food! If you find yourself using food to numb out from your feelings of depression, please reach out for help. It can get better, but the sooner we get help, the easier recovery will be. 6. Depression is more debilitating to women. I would assume this is because we ruminate and lean on our friends during these hard times. This can lead to us feeling worse and worse and potentially ruin relationships. So please get professional help sooner rather than later! 7. Women reach out more often then men! So men, reach out! Let's all get help sooner rather than later. www.dailyrxnews.com Are you a woman working in a male-dominated field? How's your stress level? A new study shows you may be having a tougher time. A research project from Indiana University finds that women working in male-dominated jobs may experience unhealthy changes in a stress hormone called cortisol. Women who work in male-dominated fields reportedly face social isolation. They may also encounter performance pressures, sexual harassment and other obstacles. And according to researchers, chronic stress can increase one's susceptibility to disease. According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, human resources managers, elementary school teachers, waitstaff and psychologists were overwhelmingly female fields in the US. On the other hand, firefighters, chemistry teachers, police and mechanical engineers were found to be overwhelmingly male.

According to UPI, women have higher rates of stress-related heart illness than men. But a new study found that is only true for certain cardiovascular problems, suggesting that stress affects men and women differently. The study focused on a condition called myocardial ischemia. Known as MSIMI, the condition is brought on my mental and emotional stress, causing poor blood flow to the heart for some people with coronary artery disease. The study found that 20-percent of the women they studied had MSIMI, while 15-percent of men had it. But the researchers also noticed that MSIMI was triggered men differently, which seemed to be caused by coronary artery plaque buildup. https://www.upi.com/Health_News/2018/11/27/Stress-related-blood-flow-problems-affect-men-women-differently/8141543324273/ http://www.wochit.com This video was produced by YT Wochit News using http://wochit.com

We've all experienced stress, but how we handle stress varies especially between men and women. Dr. Daniel McGee, a primary care physician at Saint Thomas Health, part of Ascension, says there are certainly hormonal differences between the two sexes. Beyond that, women in general reach out to others when facing stressful situations. Typically, it's easier for them to talk it out. Men on the other hand tend to keep it to themselves or find a way to escape from the stress. Both, says Dr. McGee, can be harmful to a man's health. Watch what causes stress in men and how they can better handle it. www.sthealthbeat.com www.saintthomasdoctors.com

20 Amazing health uses & benefits of ashwagandha for men and women Ashwagandha, one of the most powerful herbs in Ayurvedic healing, has been used since ancient times for a wide variety of conditions. It is most well-known for its restorative and rejuvenating benefits. The name means “the smell of a horse,” indicating that the herb has the potential to impart the vigor and strength of a stallion. The ashwagandha root is also reported to have a smell reminiscent of horse sweat. Traditionally, ashwagandha has been prescribed as a nerve tonic and adaptogen—an agent which helps the body adapt to various emotional and physical stressors. It has been used in India for nearly 5,000 years for conditions in children, weakness and debility in old age, rheumatism, constipation, insomnia, nervous conditions, stress, joint inflammation, parasites, hormone balance, and more. A paste made from the ashwagandha root powder applied topically to treat boils, ulcers, and other skin irritations and infections. Ashwagandha is known to help people strengthen their immune system after illness, chemotherapy, or surgery. It is a highly effective, evidence-based remedy to help reduce stress and anxiety—by lowering cortisol levels and mimicking the inhibitory neurotransmitter GABA. Ashwagandha is frequently referred to as “Indian ginseng” because of its rejuvenating properties, even though botanically, ginseng and ashwagandha are unrelated. Belonging to the same family as the tomato, ashwagandha is a plump shrub with oval leaves and yellow flowers. It bears red fruit about the size of a raisin. This herb is native to the dry regions of India, northern Africa, and the Middle East, and today is also grown in more mild climates, including the United States. Lets look at its many health benefits and uses 1 ASHWAGANDHA FOR STRESS Ashwagandha promotes balance in many different systems of the body and can help the body adapt to stress and provide calming support.* When the body is in “fight or flight” mode, it releases the stress hormone cortisol. Between constant deadlines, financial pressures, digital overload, and a steady stream of negative news, the chronic stress of modern human culture regularly activates the cortisol stress response, which can impact nervous system function. Ashwagandha has been shown to support healthy levels of cortisol and the healthy inflammatory processes that are stimulated in response to stress.* 2 Hormone Imbalances Infertility can result from an abnormality affecting other hormonal systems including the hypothalamus, pituitary, thyroid and adrenal glands. A study of mice given ashwagandha root extract for twenty days showed a significant increase in T4 hormone, indicating that ashwagandha has a stimulatory effect on the thyroid gland. Along with ashwagandha’s antioxidant activity, this makes ashwagandha a potentially useful tool in the natural treatment of hypothyroidism. 3 hair help Thanks to its antioxidant properties and hormone balancing effects, it can help to prevent hair shedding and promote shiny and healthy hair. This is one of the main reasons why many shampoos use the plant as an ingredient. When applied and massaged onto the scalp, it helps to increase blood circulation which helps stimulate hair growth. The scalp massage also fights dandruff and greasy hair, and are perfect additions to a healthy hair care routine. help 4 Potent Antioxidants Ashwagandha is rich in antioxidants which seek and destroy the free radicals implicated in aging and numerous disease states. Antioxidant levels play a critical role in the health of not only all of the cells that make up the body, but those of sperm and egg health as well. Increasing antioxidant levels has been shown to improve sperm and egg health. 5) Ashwagandha Improves Male Fertility The most consistent positive finding of the present study was that decreased fertility in males was ameliorated by Ashwagandha root extract. One study compared the parameters of men’s semen at baseline and after taking ashwagandha for 90 days. The average sperm concentration rose corresponding to a 167% increase in sperm concentration in the men treated with ashwagandha root. 6 Fatigue in people treated for cancer (chemotherapy). Early research suggests taking a specific ashwagandha extract during chemotherapy treatment might reduce feelings of tiredness. 7 Brain power Today, research is supporting this reputation. Studies have found that Ashwagandha improves memory, increases spatial and visual memory, decreases oxidative brain stress, and helps prevent nerve cell degeneration. 8 Ashwagandha is Great Cancer Prevention: Ashwagandha has been shown to disrupt cancer cells ability to effectively reproduce. This is due to the anti-angiogenic activity that ashwagandha contains in which it prevents cancer cells from forming new blood vessels that support its growth (8).

Stressed induced coronary heart disease is just common in men as it is in women. This is because stress builds up the hormones dopamine, norepinephrine, epinephrine, and cortisol. These together can cause calcium to buildup in corona arteries. Death by heart disease is the most common death in the United States. Learning how to reduce stress and remain level-headed may be a great way for an American to keep tabs on their health. http://www.upi.com/Health_News/2017/06/16/No-gender-difference-in-stress-as-risk-for-heart-disease/3981497615781/ http://www.wochit.com This video was produced by YT Wochit News using http://wochit.com

What details men pay attention to when they see women? Ladies, guys aren’t looking for unrealistic “perfection” you see in movies, magazines, and commercials. There are just only a couple of small things and we're gonna tell you what they are. Just don't go too crazy with your favorite scents. Too much of a good thing can be a little too pungent! - There's one thing most men agree on: extremely long nails or super bright polish aren’t that attractive. Most of us prefer nails painted in a nude color or the simple but elegant French manicure. - Beautifully-done eyebrows can frame a face nicely and bring out your eyes. But from our point of view, there's no need to stress out about them. - Half of us think that false eyelashes or extensions are outstanding and make a woman look more feminine and sweet. Yet, according to surveys, the other half say that they look too obvious and unnatural, which is a complete turn-off. - Surveys show that guys who say they prefer no makeup at all are actually drawn to the so-called “no makeup” makeup look: real eyelashes with carefully and minimally applied mascara, natural eyebrows, a hint of blush, and soft-colored lips. - Some men (and, let’s be honest, women too!), automatically associate serious skin issues with poor hygiene. - For most of us, it doesn’t really matter whether or not they’re smooth visually or to the touch. So if you're not a big fan of shaving your legs frequently or your leg hair grows faster than bamboo, don’t stress about it! - Dirty shoes don’t evoke any strong feelings of irritation among men. So if it's not something completely out of the ordinary, we won’t pay attention to it. - Just like with dirty shoes, we usually don't focus our attention on whether or not you ironed your clothes today. But that doesn't mean your crush won't notice it if it happens regularly! - A lot of guys admit that they’ve never even thought of it before and that it’s not necessarily something they notice. Others, however, say that they interpret wearing old clothes as a sign that a woman doesn’t really care about how she looks. - If stretch marks are something to be ashamed of according to society’s rulebook on “how to be perfect,” then we guys sure aren’t aware of it. Some men out there don’t even have a clue as to what stretch marks are because they don’t even notice them! - Of course, a lot of men do appreciate a woman that takes care of her figure, but a perfectly flat stomach isn't that big of a deal for us. All body shapes and sizes are beautiful as long as you feel comfortable and confident in your own skin! - If you took a shower the day before but your hair still looks fresh and clean, then there’s no problem. But, of course, if it appears really greasy and obviously overdue for a wash, then we’ll definitely notice this (just like the rest of the human population). - Not too many guys would be appalled by beautiful lingerie! But that doesn’t mean you need to go out and buy the most expensive little Victoria’s secret number you can find; it just needs to look nice. - When it comes to swearing, every man has his own opinion. Some guys feel that cussing doesn’t really suit women. - Smoking, like cursing, is another bad habit for both men and women. So it may come as no surprise that almost 80% of guys confess that they don't like it when a woman smokes.
