Hi FITFRIENDS! This workout is for all you pear shaped women out there. First of all let’s take a moment to acknowledge how feminine and beautiful a pear shaped body is. This workout is designed to help you enhance your natural shape by shedding extra fat, toning the thighs, legs and glutes. We are going to slim and tone the thighs with HIIT cardio and slow, controlled lower body exercises to increase the calorie burn and burn more fat. At the end of the workout we are going to build shapely shoulders with a few exercises that target the entire shoulder girdle to help balance out your upper body to lower body proportions.
