There are many reasons for undelivered product.
1. 4. title and description in most of the website - now this is the facility which is been provided to the sellers that they can upload their product without putting any description. Sellers find it very comfortable because they don't have to invest their time and energy in writing a description. but this is wrong sellers should describe their product. each and every aspect of the product should be described - about material, about expiry, about weight and everything. so that the customer who's who has not order the product yet he can make up his mind to buy or not to buy the product.
In these cases when the customer order the product after seeing too many images and reading all the title and description the chances are the product will not get returned. these solutions apply for every product category whether it is Electronics, apparel, fashion accessories, footwear, etc.
