I agree with what your saying about kids clothes. It makes perfect sense. But what would you suggest if there are no bins in your area???? I’m really rethinking this whole thing and while men’s might be boring, but I don’t care as long as I’m able to profit and I feel like it won’t be as competitive like women’s. Plus with women’s you are trying to stay on trend and I feel like there is a big push to having higher end inventory vs mall brands. With men I think sourcing might be easier and more attainable. Any thoughts

I really don't know too much about menswear to comment on that, but with the kids stuff, if you don't have bins, I honestly wouldn't source any kids stuff. That's just my personal opinion. I just feel like you need to be buying kids items for pennies and reselling them in bundles for $10-$20. :)

Good to know about doing it in a bundle I just started getting into wanting to sell Kids and baby clothes. Because my goodwill has them dirt cheap. Doing it as bundle makes more sense.

Hi thanks for the video. I am confused, why do you have a separate account for men's and kid's clothing? I just switch between markets within my one account. But, I have to agree, I am not a fan of selling men's clothing. I have only sold one item and I have some great pieces. I'm sticking with women's.

Thanks for this, it lets me know I’m on the right track. I recently opened a separate kids closet and I’ve been sourcing at the Bins to start building up lots. I wish our Bins were as cheap as yours but I pay $1.49 a lb here which still isn’t too bad. I have my kids store logged in on my husband’s phone and he shares for me throughout the day and tells me when I get likers and offers. I’ve only made one sale so far but it’s been a slow build with inventory so I’m excited to put more listings up and see how it goes.

Galaxy475 Bins is what we call the Goodwill Outlets. It’s basically where they throw all the clothes, shoes and random junk into these big blue bins on wheels and you dig through to find the good stuff. You pay by the pound instead of by item so you can get things for very cheap. The prices vary by location, anywhere from 79 cents a lb to up to $2 a lb is the highest I’ve heard of. Just google Goodwill Outlet locations to see if one is near you, they are not in all areas unfortunately.

I just started Poshmark 4 weeks ago. I just want you to know that your advice is very valuable. I have been doing some things you have talked about in your videos the last two weeks. Ever since then I now have 6 sales and I'm gaining followers and getting likes much quicker. You are genuine, realistic and you give sound advice. Thank you for that. :)

I am not seeing items for sale in your closet (only sold items) on Poshmark. Do you have a new or different closet? I’d love to peruse 🌸

Thanks! Super helpful about the kids clothes. I've been on Poshmark a few months but am intimidated to shop for kids' clothes because I know nothing about it. Might give it a try!

I have 2 closets as well. 1 womens 1 mens. I agree, logging into each is a pain. I am getting rid of the womens. I love shopping & selling mens. Women want cheaper pricing & why not? I do too! With men, they will pay for brand & quality. Needless to say, I do very well with Mens on eBay & Posh. Didn't do well with womens clothing at all.

Womens clothing is super competitive. Men like quality items and will pay for it. you are right. The right name like Ralph Lauren or Brooks Brothers will get the men buying. Kids clothes are a tough sell. I avoid it like the plague. Kids grow up and grow out of their clothes. AND moms have found a way to find CHEAP priced kids clothes.
